CIS High School cross Country

There is a lot of information on this website to help prepare you for the 2017 Cross Country season.

 

First of all, re-live the memories and check out the gallery of photos from previous years.

 

Before you begin a new season make sure you do a stocktake of your equipment and see if any new purchases are required.

 

 

Training times are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 3.45 - 5.00 and Wednesday 7.00 - 8.00.  You need to attend at least two workouts per week.

 

Please note that this season boys will need to run a 5 km time trial in training in under 30 minutes and girls under 35 minutes in order to qualify to race in meets.
